Exclusive Wine Tasting Q & A with cricket legend Graham Gooch

Saturday 14th July: 2pm on the Professional Chefs Stage
Three Thirty Three is a collaboration between sporting legend,Graham Gooch and Domaine Saint Hilaire, as historic vineyard in the Languedoc. Graham will take to the stage to present the range of wines which include a Viognier, a Rose and a Shiraz. Graham hopes you enjoy them as much as he does!
We have the finest selection of food and drink producers from Essex and East Anglia and some specialist producers from further afield. Meet up with some old favourites and discover some new produce too. Browse through the stands trying and tasting before you buy. Total heaven!
The Only Way is Local
Visit the fabulous "Essex" producers pavilion hosted by the Chelmsford Star Co-op. It's choc-a-bloc full of amazing food and drink produced in our very own county. Chat to the people behind the produce and hear their stories and how their food is made. From sausages to pies and beer to sauces and pickles, there is sure to be lots here to grab your fancy!
A Taste of Anglia Producers Village
The producers will take you on a journey through East Anglia where their fabulous produce is made. From Cambridge to Suffolk and Norfolk to Essex, you will sample and taste cheeses made on local farms, honey from Norfolk and sauces and cider made in traditional kitchens and craft breweries. Such a treat!
Our two outdoor food courts are a food lovers fantasy - take your taste buds on a trip around the world! Picnic in the sun (with a bit of luck) and enjoy delights such as duck wraps, crispy duck fat fries, wood fired pizzas, seafood and dumplings, BBQ'd beef and pulled pork. Quench your thirst with Adnams beers and spirits, sparkling wine and freshly pressed French lemonade. For your sweet tooth, indulge in hand made ice cream, crepes and churros drizzled with chocolate sauce. Mmm........ this is just a small selection of what you can expect.
What's a food festival without live music? Relax with a glass of bubbles or the tipple of your choice and listen to local musicians who will entertain you with their unique sounds.
Miss Vintage Voice
Gemma is an Essex based singer and wows the crowds with her unique versatile vocals and covers a wide range of styles including soul, blues, nowtown jazz and pop
Tou Can Jam
This brother and sister duo have been entertaining visitors at the festival for over 6yrs. Thier Summer sounds always entertain the crowds
Ben is an East London musician and his unique sound and stunning musicianship will have you up on your feet and singing along
If you are looking for inspiration to brighten up your home cooking skills, then our three chefs stages are sure to give you some great ideas. We have BBQ demonstrations from the Broil King stage, a touch of Michelin star recipes from our local and visiting chefs on the Professional Chefs stage and even chefs who will show you how to create delicious dishes from your leftovers on the Love Food Hate Waste stage.
Most of all they want you to have fun in the kitchen and cook with local fresh seasonal ingredients. And they might even let you have a cheeky taste!

Learn how to make a full-bodied banger from a local sausage maker. And there might be some sausage sizzling going on for some tasty treats!
